Cornbread Waffles stacked with Chili

Ingredients:
1.5 lbs of ground beef
1 large can of Hunts tomatoes with basil
1 medium onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1 red pepper chopped
1 yellow pepper chopped
2 tbsp Adobo
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp curry powder
salt and pepper
1 box of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
(please feel free to add more of whatever ingredient you like)

For the Chili:
Brown ground beef.
Add all ingredients into the crock pot and cook on High for 4-5 hours.

For Cornbread waffles:
Mix ingredients as instructed on the box (the waffle instructions are on the side of the box).
Make waffles with your waffle maker.
One box will give you 6-8 waffles.

Make sure to make waffles right before you serve.  I top my waffles with chili then top it all with some sour cream and shredded cheese.
