Cheeseburger Soup Recipe

** I have to apologize in advance!  I did not take a photo of this recipe because it was made before heading to church and I was in a rush!  I will definitely update when I do!**


Ingredients
1.5 lbs of ground beef 
1 carton of chicken stock
2 cups potato hash 
1/2 a small head of lettuce chopped
10-12 slices of hamburger pickles (chopped)
1 cup heavy cream
small package of velvetta cheese (cubed)
2 tablespoon of Worchestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Adobo
1 teaspoon basil
salt and pepper to taste

Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain.
Combine ground beef with all ingredients, except for cream and velvetta cheese, in a crock pot.
Cook on high for 3 hours.
Add cream and velvetta and cook for additional hour.
Add shredded cheddar cheese and a pickle as a topping but this is optional.
